Add Sitemap Mode (Used in Conjunction with the loadposition Core Joomla plugin)

Description
In this usage situation, a user would create an instance of the ArtCats module set to the Sitemap mode and would then place the module in an obscure position (e.g. "artcats").
Then, in an article on the site they would use the loadposition plugin built into Joomla like so: {loadposition artcats}
And then the module would be loaded in that position and show the Category/Article Hierarchy of your site.
